Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. We needed a plumber fairly quickly and Jeff graciously fit us into their schedule. Greg was our plumber and he was nice and very patient with my questions and concerns. Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Hired him to install a utility sink at our new studio. First, he tried to leave and the sink was pouring water out of the bottom leaking. He fixed it. But he never vented the plumbing so it has never drained properly and is useless to us. Also he charged me 375.00 for this useless plumbing job.
