You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

We are out of town and needed service done asap to the septic at our rental property. We worked with Carlos Labrador who was the person in charge. I will tell you something this guy offered A plus service. He went above and beyond and communication throughout the process was on point. I could not be happier. Considering we were in need other companies tried to take advantage, but he didn't. His education was concise and clear. I didn't have to worry about anything. I am sooo impressed with this company! They were referred by a friend when I had an emergency plumbing issue an hour before I was leaving town. Jeffrey was the technician, he called when he was on his way, he called when he got there and assessed the situation, and gave me the cost of repairs. He had the job done quickly and professionally. He was polite, communicative, and efficient. I hope I never have another plumbing emergency but these are the folks I will call if I do!

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

I had a really great experience with Native Plumbing. Craig and his crew installed our new water heater perfectly and even helped me diagnose another problem with my well pump and referred me to trusted company to fix that issue. Definitely going to save this company's number for any other plumbing problems in the future.

We've used Relance for three jobs now. Two big ones and one to install a garbage disposal. All have been on a weekend. Junior was our technician. He is friendly, dependable, competent and cleans up. Even our picky dog likes him. I would recommend Reliance to everyone.
