The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

TJ has done a lot of work for us already. Called him for what a thought was just a thermostat problem but ended up being an a/c issue. He quickly recognized the problem and was able to get the required parts and the unit up and running in no time. He does it all and is a true professional.

Rod Smith/Lapin unstopped my kitchen sink previously. He was the third plumber to check it out, but the first one to fix it. (in less than 1/2 hr.) A couple of years ago, I was having my bathroom remodeled and whenever the carpenter pulled out my vanity, he discovered pin hole leaks in my water pipes. I called Rod and he recommended due to the age of my home, replacing the piping. He had that done and I was extremely satisfied. However, in June of this year I had another problem which turned out to be due to defect in the replaced pipe. I called Rod and he immediately responded, covering the incident entirely. He called in Mike Riley with Riley Drywall and Ashley Peterson/Jose Sanchez with Cntrl FL Restoration Solutions. David is the man. One of the best out there. His a people person, respectful, knowledgeable and detailed oriented last but not lea always gets the job done.

We are collaborating with Orlando Plumbing for the second time. Travis was our plumber today, and he was expeditious, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Hard water had damaged the cartridge in our master shower, which he replaced. In addition, he determined the alkalinity of our water and suggested measures to prevent future problems. I endorse this business.

I had a near disaster in my laundry room when the water tap in the wall that supplies the washing machine would not close down and was spraying the room. Had to turn the water off for the entire house. It was 9pm---what to do ? Call KB&B of course. Leif to the rescue within an hour.
