Contacted them via chat yesterday morning, received a phone call right away. Explain my situation and an appointment was scheduled for today. Jose called to let me know he was on the way. Once here he assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and made the repair right away. I will call them again and will recommend Plomero Latino !

Septic Tank Service gone wrong!!! We have lived in the Druid Hills area since 1987 and know that a lot of our neighbors have septic tanks that will need pumping out every 2 - 3 years. Lately, we've had several of our friends who have had to have new drain fields put in which can be very expensive especially during this pandemic we're going through. Recently we had our septic tank pumped out by Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a, Total Septic Services). Once completed, the technician dropped the lid and broke it leaving half of the lid down in our tank and the other on the edge of the opening. He assured me the company would take care of it no problem. We had to cover the hole with a tarp, not the company. Plus, with all the rain we've had, our tank is filling back up with water even being covered with a tarp. Over the last 2 weeks no one and I repeat NO ONE from Total Enviro has contacted us about our situation. We have had to call them every day to see what they are going to do about this. They will not even come and take out the broken lid out of our tank. They say they are not responsible for the broken lid. We have everything documented and finally spoke to the C.E.O. and she said they would only fix it for an additional $475. This is outrageously unprofessional and their customer service has failed us and we, the customer, are on the losing end. We have no other choice but to contact our lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, social media and the local news to expose this company. We are sharing this in hopes no one else has to go through what we have. Please DO NOT USE Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a Total Septic Services). Thank you for your time. Blessings!

Let's be clear, the lid DID NOT cave in. It was dropped or plopped down by your technician. The technician who came out the day before didn't break it so I don't feel I should pay for a lid that you clearly broke. Also other companies prices for a new lid was cheaper than your so called discounted price. Plus you were going to charge me again full price to pump out all the rain water that filled the hole in my yard which again, I had to cover with tarp. You also charged me $100 over the initial invoice and until I brought it to your attention, I was refunded. Yes, we all make mistakes but you guys clearly don't won't to take any responsibility. And again have a blessed day.

The plumber who hooked up the water supply to my new fridge did an excellent job. Due to the age of my home, a water line was not available to the previous refrigerator. The worst part was that the only way to get to the plumbing, which was in a crawl area far from the fridge, was through a trap door. The plumber put in a lot of time running new pipe, connecting existing pipes, and putting a shutoff valve beneath the sink. I'm overjoyed.

After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

The two men who came to fix our house were very friendly and professional throughout. High quality and i completely reccomend for all to use their service!

Chris came out to assess my home's septic issue. Rather than simply quote a whole drain field replacement as other companies did, he took the time to ask questions, take a longer look around and prescribe a solution tailored to my home. Jose and Ricardo were on site to perform the work. They were ultra professional, speedy, and answered all questions I had. I will recommend Lapin to anyone in need of plumbing or septic work.

Really disappointed with what appears to be poor scheduling on Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond's part. My husband and I are purchasing a property that needs to be repiped. Last week, we made an appointment with Jeff's KB&B to walk through the job with us and let us know what to expect, since the sellers had obtained a written quote from JKB&B to do the job and we thought we'd give them a try. In order to do that we arranged with the sellers to allow us access to the house between noon and 2pm today (arrival time), and JKB&B agreed to let us know when they were 30 minutes out from arriving at the property. At around 1pm, my husband called JKB&B to check on the status of our appointment, since we would be leaving/missing work to do this walk through with the plumber and wanted to time our arrival as well as we could. We contacted JKB&B at around 100pm and asked for an update; we were told that there was a note in the system saying that the plumber would contact us as agreed (30 minute notice). As 2pm approached, we had not yet received a call from the plumber letting us know when to meet at the property, so we headed out in hopes that they were on their way and just unable to call us and let us know. Called JKB&B's office two more times trying to find out their status, finally got a call from Shaun at around 240pm saying he was an hour out from the house. We had to cancel. Very disappointed. Would have appreciated a call earlier once they realized the appointment time could not and would not be met. Missed work and inconvenienced the sellers as well. Just a bad look all around. We understand sometimes jobs go long and unexpected stuff comes up...but we would have appreciated being told so we didn't have to waste everyone's time.

Edited to add: our appointment time with JKB&B was 12-2pm.

Don’t use this company. My family used this company to install a new gas water heater a year and a half ago. They never pulled permit and installed it incorrectly. When we reached out to the company and asked them to fix it they refused to even come see what the error was. Ridiculous company, plenty of better companies that are more professional to use. Use them instead!
