Reliance Plumbing, sent out Alfredo (plumber) same evening we called. Alfredo found the leaking pipe, replaced/repaired pipe and checked to ensure there was no longer any leaking. He maintained a professional attitude through the entire experience. Will definitely use Reliance again.

Albert was great. He fixed my boys shower in a timely manner so they didn’t have to use mine anymore. Came when he said he would and text me when he was on his way. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Leo replaced two valves that were made of cheap plastic. The one for the cold water for the water heater was leaking and the one for the main water line would not turn. Leo was nice and professional. He works very hard and takes pride on his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

This company was chosen by my gas company to do the job. It was supposed to be a replacement installation , because I had a tankless water heater that was not working. The tech came finally the next morning after my appointment to do the job and he left a botched mess. It looks like a rigged up mess. I called Michelle about it but she didn’t answer, so I texted her with photos. She said that she would talk with him, but never heard back from her. Pictures to follow
