Alex showed up at the appointed hour and went over every detail of the job. Our new utility sink is beautifully installed, and he provided us an honest quote up front. Where to start, I will say there are MANY companies, but few professional. To his credit, Andrew is a breath of fresh air. I don't think you will find a more competent, kind and knowledgeable plumber at this price ANYWHERE. Excellent response time, LISTENS to the customer, (you would be surprised how many do NOT!) I can only sing praises for this company. Quality, ethical and competitive pricing with fast response. There is a reason he has all excellent ratings. Save yourself a headache and start with this company FIRST!

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Omar Santini and his helper did an excellent job yesterday of installing the Mitsubishi mini-split auxiliary AC in our master bedroom. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and clearly are experts at what they do. A high quality product installed by a high quality team! On a related note Pro-Tech performs the annual preventative maintenance on my central HVAC system and the same comments apply to that as well. Thank you!

We cannot say enough about Action Plumbing. I texted them on a Sunday about a leak under a sink. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. Needless to say, very inconvenient. Scott was there by 8am Monday and life returned to normal.

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.
