Mal trabajo,ellos hicieron un trabajo de plomeria en mi casa,y cuando fui a reclamar por lo mal hecho ,me dijeron q tiene un costo extra de casi 1000 dólares,les dije que pondría mala opinión de su compañía y respondieron que ellos con eso no pierden,q no les interesa la opinión del cliente,en fin no los contraten ,peor experiencia no pude tener 😡

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
