Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

Leo replaced two valves that were made of cheap plastic. The one for the cold water for the water heater was leaking and the one for the main water line would not turn. Leo was nice and professional. He works very hard and takes pride on his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Brad and his crew were amazing! We had a leak in the house, not knowing from what! Gave Brad a call and they came out the same day! Was able to find the leak and fix it effectively. Very professional and efficient. Drain Daddy is the way to go! Thanks Brad!

My house built in 50’s and difficult layout due to additions but obviously, NO JOB IS TOO BIG for HERRELL PLUMBING. I suspected something amiss when the hot water was not available when needed even with the timer on. I called The Leak Doctor and a slab leak was found leading from the hot water heater.

I then called HERRELL and an estimate walk-thru by Bobby and Red was scheduled quickly, and WORK STARTED ON TIME and FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. BIG PLUS FOR ME.

I’ve never met a nicer, polite and professional crew than Bobby, Red, Sebastian, Pete, JJ and Ruffian. Communication was phenomenal among them and if ran into problem, Red or Bobby was just a phone call away and then at the house. The office personnel exceptional as well.

Herrell has done work at my house in past and will ALWAYS be my go-to plumbers and would recommend them if you want a JOB WELL DONE....the FIRST TIME!

P.S. Service performed was a Re-Piping of entire house and outside spigots. Started at water meter and Pete dug a trench up to house/spigot. Grass restored with care🤗

We had a leak at our salon, and within 45 minutes Gabe had showed up and repaired it. Could not be more grateful for the ready and knowledgeable staff. He was even able to work through a continuous water drip since our main shut off didn’t fully work! We were up and operational on time!! thank you Mercury!

The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward. If I ever need work done again, I won't hesitate to reach out to them.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
