Tj Handyman Home Repair & Remodeling Services did an excellent job painting my house. All of the painters were very responsive, and it was that extra effort that really made them stand out-the foreman walked us through the process after the entire job was finished, too. The results are amazing; we are all very satisfied with their workmanship. I'm so happy with their service that we will be hiring them again soon for an additional project.

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Answered the phone on 1st call. Gave reasonable quote on phone. Came same day right on schedule. Friendly, professional techs. Fixed problem quickly. Charged exactly as quoted even though I have an unusual system due to home addition.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Horrible experience. Was not upfront about prices for services. Came in and automatically suggested we needed a whole replumbing done when we called about leak detection. We were told on the phone they do that. When the service technician got here he said he didn’t have the equipment to do detection, that had to be done at a later date. I paid extra for after hours so that we could have water back on at our house to be told once he got there he couldn’t do leak detection. He set an appointment for 2 days later. Insurance said we needed a leak detection done so we called to get appointment for that. Was told it would be a certain day from 10-2. Called at 2:30 to see about ETA to find out that my appointment had been cancelled by them with no notice to us, the home owners. I have now been without water for 4 days. Maybe I have an appointment tomorrow, who knows at this point. Look elsewhere if you want professional service.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
