Excellent experience with Total Enviro. They were pleasant to speak with on the phone got me set up for service call very quickly. Van was the Service Tech who came out to perform my pump put out was friendly and efficient he even got me set up for reoccurring service so I don’t have to call them back every 3 months! Awesome!

On December 24, 2022, my heat and water stopped working. Early this morning, Alex and Devon arrived there, and by this afternoon, they had done the repairs, even going so far as to insulate the pipes and the surfaces nearby.

After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Tj did an incredible job hanging curtains, pictures and mirrors in my apartment. He was precise and took his time to make sure everything was done right and to perfection. He was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. He is truly the best in Orlando and I will definitely use him again in the future!

Lapin Septic Company is top notch!, Great customer service, professional and a quick response time. I cannot say enough about the service technician’s Richard and Nate, they were Wonderful! From the moment they stepped out of the truck, they greeted me with warm friendly smiles. Richard was so kind and patient as he explained to me how septic tanks work. My husband always took care of these issues and he is now bedridden, so I was very inquisitive of everything. I know other service personal get a little annoyed when they are asked a lot of questions, but not Richard! It is so refreshing to work with such a caring company. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!
