I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! I was most happy with the service I received from Shamrock Plumbing. From the moment we first spoke they were so gracious and accommodating regarding my installation. I very much appreciated that they were able to get it installed for me before Christmas rather than after. The technician that came to do the job was supposed to have a partner but he managed to remove and install all on his own as his partner was running late. I was very pleased with the work he did ...even going so far as running it to make sure there weren't any leaks. I certainly would be confident calling on Shamrock Plumbing in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

ADAM & SONS VAN PULLED UP IN MY PARKING LOT STEALING WOOD FROM MY WOOD PILE

Hired him to install a utility sink at our new studio. First, he tried to leave and the sink was pouring water out of the bottom leaking. He fixed it. But he never vented the plumbing so it has never drained properly and is useless to us. Also he charged me 375.00 for this useless plumbing job.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

I had a pipe leaking, I called and Kevin was very nice over the phone. Jim and his son Pete came out super quick and fixed the problem super fast, at a reasonable price. They were extremely knowledgeable and polite. I will always use Grace plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future.
