Trent is very good at finding water leaks. Our plumbing water leak was completely enclosed between a ceiling and a floor and he was able to find it's location exactly even though water was going in multiple directions. It's obvious that he has much experience and skills in leak detection to prevent more damage to the house while looking for leaks. He is friendly and treated us like family.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

Was well informed of teams dispatch and arrival to address for toilet installation. Tom and Charles were timely, personable and professional. I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

If I could zero stars I would. Contrary to the owner's response (conveniently two years after my initial review), Grace did do work for me. They did not fix the problem, but band-aided it, did no clean up (owner actually said they are not a cleaning agency), and tried to convince us to leave a positive review and he would take $25 off the price.

Shoddy workmanship, terrible pricing, and begging for positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.
