1 star due to incompetence. I paid several hundred dollars for this company to find a leak under my crawlspace coming from a bathroom. They could not find a leak and said the roof was probably leaking. After they left, I went under the crawlspace myself and had my wife spray the shower head in and around the tub to simulate a shower (which the plumber didn’t do), and could see the leak clear as day. The bathroom simply needed caulking, and you would think a plumber would be able to figure something as basic as that out. Would not recommend.

Trent was outstanding. Explained everything to me, including exactly the equipment he was using and why. He located the leak and gave me full details as to how to instruct the plumber to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend Trent! He went above and beyond.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge!
