We are collaborating with Orlando Plumbing for the second time. Travis was our plumber today, and he was expeditious, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Hard water had damaged the cartridge in our master shower, which he replaced. In addition, he determined the alkalinity of our water and suggested measures to prevent future problems. I endorse this business.

Jeff was able to squeeze me in with short notice, as we didn't find the water main leak until late afternoon. Gene came out to service the leak. He did a great job showing me what was wrong, and fixed fast to get us water. We will definitely use them again!

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Called the emergency after hours number all I got was mailbox is full try your call again later. Same thing for over 3 hours I was trying to get a hold of anyone.
