He explained everything I laymens terms. All four of the men on the job were very courteous and thorough. They were exemplary in their work and clean up. Ricardo took my call to set up the appointment to get the piping done, he was very patient and understanding with the situation folks are in during this pandemic and worked with me financially through communicating with Jeff, the owner. I am a single mother. My water softener 'exploded' causing black carbon filled water throughout the house. I was extremely stressed out about the whole situation and felt very overwhelmed. Not only did they come out on a weekend evening, they were professional and extremely friendly. Don't hesitate in calling them if you need any plumbing needs.

Had a new water heater installed. Was easy to setup appointment. Calls and questions about the job and price was set up via phone. Service tech was knowledgeable, polite answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns.

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

I was not able to use this businesses services because they never showed up! I called Monday of this week and it is now Friday. I had to call 3 separate times to speak to the receptionist there and she informed me each day I called back that the plumber would be there tomorrow before noon and he never showed up the entire week. There were no call-backs, no emails, no updates. We will be going with a different company from here on.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
