Best Home Maintenance in Orlando FL

On December 24, 2022, my heat and water stopped working. Early this morning, Alex and Devon arrived there, and by this afternoon, they had done the repairs, even going so far as to insulate the pipes and the surfaces nearby.

Tyler was amazing! He was efficient and thorough with the work. He installed wood flooring and on the stairs. He has even offered to come back and help put base boards on after the room is painted. He is very friendly, easy going, and knows what he is doing. He goes above and beyond in his work, I would recommend him for any work that you need done!

The technician assessed the issue, obtained the necessary equipment, and cleared the obstruction within thirty minutes. Very professional and outstanding performance! He wore shoe covers and left the area at least as tidy as I had left it. I strongly suggest Orlando Plumbing to anyone experiencing drain issues. Thank you very much.

The company was a little frustrating as my appointment didn’t get set but they corrected and helped me out quickly by sending Nathan out to replace my garbage disposal right away.

No one likes to hear that you need a new AC, but Pro Tech AC quickly set up my installation, was on time and if you want to see hardworking teams, Pro Tech AC were an shining example of how a big job gets done right. Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
