Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Super impressed with these guys! Woke up to a leak and water damage to the wood floor in the Master bedroom on NYE. Andrew sent Dustin and Joey over right away and they located the leak under the toilet in the newly renovated bathroom in about an hour without tearing out any walls.

The substandard renovation person who finished the bathroom on Christmas Eve had never glued the flange to the pipe and caulked around the toilet so the water had nowhere to go but under the tile, under the wall and through to the hardwood in the next room. Also, Dustin and Joey noticed and fixed the shower faucet that was installed upside down and there was no Teflon tape or washer on the shower head, when turned on it sprayed all over the room.

These guys were amazing, when other companies quoted me hundreds of dollars and leak detection services without even looking at it, Jeff’s guys were determined to rule out all options before they cut through any drywall. We appreciated their experience and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this company!

I called on Saturday. Caleb arrived out and gave me a quote on task to be done. Caleb arrived early than what I was told. He advised of the work that needed to be completed. He installed to faucets and replaced two valves in my toilets. He said it would the about 3 hours. He finished earlier than expected. He was professional and courteous. This is my second time using this company. I will use them again.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work.
