I researched this company online after discovering a clogged faucet in my new residence. They were able to respond to my contact the same day (a plus). The initial technician, Joe, appeared to have resolved the issue I was experiencing at the time (or so I thought), but I later discovered that the issue had been transferred to another location, where I subsequently encountered problems. They sent technician Travis after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancee could not stop gushing about his friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Mark was identical to the person depicted in Orlando Plumbing's commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Mark's ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor. When I spend money with a company, I search for employees who are satisfied with their position. CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

never have I gone on a construction site and been publically mocked and insulted and laughed at before in 12 years of work until this morning. Instead of being ready and getting thier job done I was subject to ridicule by tharp workers whom rathered played on his phone, mocking me and taking pictures and giggling. I would've said something to the site manager for tharp but he's initiated the name calling.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Great Service and professionalism

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
