Franklin was both professional and provided a wonderful customer service. He called an hour before expected time to provide a better window of time, consistent updates, speedy service and a kind tone throughout the experience. He is also bilingual which is super convenient for Orlando. I will use him again should I ever need services, I recommend him to anyone who maybe seeking assistance with their plumbing.

I am ecstatic that Alex was able to locate the source of my issue and fix it. I had two other companies look for the breach, but they were unsuccessful. Orlando Plumbing's will be my plumber forever.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Choice Plumbing several times in the past and just had to call them for an emergency and the tech Levi came out and fixed the issue promptly. He was very professional in diagnosing the problem and quickly fixed the problem.

Excellent service by Eddie!! We knew we had a leak as our water usage had gone up drastically, but no signs of water anywhere! Eddie arrived on time, listened to our input and went to work. He was very thorough, checking all water sources (bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and water heater). He eventually found the leak from the line running off the washing machine that goes through the garage to the outside hose access. When the plumber arrived and accessed the area Eddie marked, the standing water was there and the leaking pipe joint about 6-8 inches away!! Eddie is very personable and answered all our many questions. Onpoint and Eddie are highly recommended!!

After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

Shamrock did a re-pipe on my house and had an excellent experience considering I was facing a whole house re-pipe. Very professional, rapid response for quote and repair time, competitive rates, and superior, outstanding customer service and follow-up. The work was done quickly with very professional and respectful staff. I would highly recommend the folks at Shamrock Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I have used them several times in addition for home and business and always have a positive experience with them and their staff.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.
