We cannot say enough about Action Plumbing. I texted them on a Sunday about a leak under a sink. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. Needless to say, very inconvenient. Scott was there by 8am Monday and life returned to normal.

Excellent service by Eddie!! We knew we had a leak as our water usage had gone up drastically, but no signs of water anywhere! Eddie arrived on time, listened to our input and went to work. He was very thorough, checking all water sources (bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and water heater). He eventually found the leak from the line running off the washing machine that goes through the garage to the outside hose access. When the plumber arrived and accessed the area Eddie marked, the standing water was there and the leaking pipe joint about 6-8 inches away!! Eddie is very personable and answered all our many questions. Onpoint and Eddie are highly recommended!!

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Angela and Marvin came out to pump my septic tank. Once they pulled the lid off the tank, they notified me right away that my septic tank was good and not related to the issue I was experiencing. They coordinated a plumber to arrive the same day to fix the issue we are having. While they were here, they gave us very valuable pieces of advice to help maintain a healthy septic system. Above all of that, they were both kind and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Very professional was in and out in an hour even with a concrete repair. Courteous and honest. Told me what was wrong and it was fixed.

These guys are life savers!! We had a leak in the kitchen that we had 3 other companies come out and could not fix. Thankfully these guys are absolute pros! They came ou, iidentified the problem and had it repaired in no time at all! We highly recommend Orlando Leak Detection!

John was pleasant and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and told me how he could fix my problems. He told me what the cost was and let me decide what was to be done. He did what I agreed to quickly and left no mess. I was satisfied with his work. Good job.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

My usual plumber was booked up after Christmas, so when we ran into a problem we chose this place to help. Nice plumber and fast results! Cost was higher than our usual place.
