No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

I have a Cool Today Plan to take care of plumbing, A/C and electrical needs. I had to replace my water heater yesterday. The Plan saved me a good amount of money. The plumber showed-up on time. He was pleasant and professional and he worked quickly. He also answered all my questions .
I would recommend Cool Today to any homeowner. Even if you don't need to replace something, they also maintain your equipment which isn't always something we ourselves get to.

Rip off. We had our roof replaced, and we suspected a nail hit a gas line because we had a gas leak the same day. Asked BF to come do a leak detection service so that we could find the source of the leak, and show it to the roofing company. I showed them where the piping would most likely be close enough to be penetrated by a nail. After a couple hours, I'm told that they've verified there's a link somewhere in the tube, but they can't tell where at. They then gave me two options for repair, one to replace sections of piping, maybe 15 feet total, for $800+, and then if that doesn't work (Because they have no idea where the leak is coming from, even though I'm paying $375 for a leak detection test...) they'll replace everything for $1800!

After the tech left (who was actually super nice) I climbed in the attic and crawled to the corner where I suspected the nail to hit the pipe, and guess what! Clear as day, there's a nail sticking straight into the pipe. I called and asked for my money back, since it seemed awfully silly for me to have to pay $375 for a leak detection that they (a) weren't able to detect, and (b) took me all of 10 minutes to find myself, because I actually took the time to crawl on my hands and knees to look.

They refused, with the explanation that, We determined there was in fact a leak in the pipe. That's what the leak detection is. Good job! There's a leak somewhere in 150 feet of piping, and your solution is to just try to replace it and hope it gets fixed.

The owner rammed my pickup today after stopping to let me turn into my doctors office, then claimed he was going with flow of traffic and I cut in front of him. He is dishonest. This was witnessed by another driver. Very sad.

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I called this company two weeks ago at 11 pm as I had water on my laundry floor. They are advertised as 24 hour so I called. The owner answered the phone and said he was sleeping so for me to shut the water off and he would come out in the morning. (technically should not be advertising as 24 hours if he is not going to come when you call).

The next morning when he came out I explained I could hear a hissing sound in the bathroom (on the first floor there is a bathroom, the a/c handler closet in between and the laundry room on the other side). There was water on the floor of the laundry so he assumed the water was leaking in the laundry room. He cut open the wall in the laundry and then stated the water was coming from the washer hookup. (There was no water leaks coming from the hookup box until he roughly started pulling on the washer faucet box). He stated the hissing sound could be heard in the bathroom because the pipes are connected and sound travels. It took him 10 minutes to cut the wall and give me his opinion for which he charged $150. I had the feeling he did not know what he was doing and after I saw how abruptly he was moving everything I decided he was not someone I wanted to work at my place;
. He told me he would charge me $350 to change the washer hook ups so I told him I could not afford it at that time. He told me if he came back the next day to fix it he would do me a favor and just charge me the $350 and would not charge me a call fee of $150 so long I wrote a good review (that is not how reviews are supposed to work; you get a good review if you do a good job and besides who in the world charges $600 to change a faucet??!!??!!).

After the $150, I still had the same issue, and now I had a broken wall on top of it as he does not repair the walls he opens. I called another company- Best Plumbing in Oviedo- They came out within 20 minutes. The minute the man walked in and I took him to the bathroom he heard the hissing noise and said that sounds like a pinhole on a copper pipe (I do have copper pipes). He cut open the wall in the bathroom and sure enough, there was water coming out of the pinhole!. They charged $125 for the call, and THE REPAIR to the pipe and wall and repaired a toilet at the same time.

It is obvious this guy does not know what he is doing and is just in the business of ripping people off.

I want a refund of my $150 or will have the BBB involved.
