We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. We recently purchased our first house and were unpleasantly surprised with a leak behind the washer at the shutoff valve. Alfredo came out first thing on a Monday morning and fixed the problem in no time. He also repaired a leaky faucet and showed me a safety concern on our water heater - which he also fixed. He was very professional, patient, and courteous. We are so thankful to have found someone we can trust with our plumbing concerns!The one downside to the experience was dealing with the office staff. Our leak happened on a Saturday night. I called the emergency line to try to get someone out quickly to avoid more water damage. It took me 4 phone calls to the emergency line before I finally got a response Sunday afternoon. By that time we had figured out a work-around to contain the damage and decided to wait for Alfredo to come on Monday. Overall we had a good experience with Choice Plumbing and are very happy with Alfredo’s work!

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

We had a slow, annoying leak into the toilet bowl from a faulty fill valve in the toilet tank which needed to be replaced. Generally an easy fix except for the fact that the water shutoff valve also needed to be replaced. I called a number of plumbers but it wasn't until I reached Kevin at Grace Plumbing on the phone and he had me text photos of the toilet that things started coming together for us. John called us, came to our house and quickly, and honestly accessed the situation and fixed both issues. John was personable, friendly and took care of business. We'll be sure to use Grace Plumbing again in the future and recommend them to friends, colleagues and neighbors. Thanks again John and Kevin!!

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.
