Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. They knew exactly what they were doing . Came to repair a huge leak and it needed to be fixed badly . No more being worried , I felt relieved . this company is extremely communicative. They fixed the problem it was easy for them and relieved stress for me .

Really appreciated the brother who guided me with the right decision on our plumbing issue at a new house we bought. He could have been greedy like so many companies, but he took the time to explain things through and he proved right. The least I can do for him is pay it forward and help the next person. The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
Now all my house drains work properly again!

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
