I have used Reliance for years. Initially we had them repipe our home after seeing their portfolio pictures of the work they had done. They were incredibly clean (no dust) and when they finished, you couldn't even see where they had had to make large access holes in some of my walls. I was highly impressed. Their price had been VERY competitive at the time too. We had 4 estimates done and hands down, Reliance was significantly less expensive. I have referred quite a few people to them over the years for this same service.
We have continued to use them over the years but have found that the prices are quite high at this point. We paid for a garbage disposal replacement that ended up being about twice the price of other plumbing companies. A pipe leak in our yard (where we dug the trench for the plumber before he arrived) that took 20 minutes to repair cost over $350. Most recently, a fixture in our shower needs replacement and the estimated cost is going to be over $700 (for just replacing the hot/cold water handle.)
Reliance has always been very responsive and professional but the prices are simply beyond what I am willing to pay anymore. It makes me sad, as we've been customers of their for over 10 years.

We had a leak at our water meter that connected to City water. We called ProTech and JC came out to our house. JC was absolutely excellent. He was personable and friendly and took care of the problem swiftly. A true expert at his craft. Thank you JC for all your hard work.

From my first call for scheduling through the completion of our plumbing needs, it was a really good experience from some stellar People. After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

I came across Shamrock Plumbing by buying a toilet from Lowes. This week I needed a faucet repaired and based on my previous experience with Shamrock I did not hesitate calling. The Tech Sabino arrived on time, and asked some questions, showed me the part to be used and finished the job. I was very pleased as I got a ball/cock type of outdoor faucet just as I had requested. I have been using Brownie’s for more than 10 years and I have always received excellent service . The service is great from Misty and all of the Tech’s . I would recommend Brownie’s to anyone needing Septic tank service .

We had a leak at our salon, and within 45 minutes Gabe had showed up and repaired it. Could not be more grateful for the ready and knowledgeable staff. He was even able to work through a continuous water drip since our main shut off didn’t fully work! We were up and operational on time!! thank you Mercury!

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
