Jean did a wonderful job of servicing the unit. Explained what he was doing and provided me with information I needed to make a decision. He was pleasant to work with and on time for the service call. I was able to provide the company information to my neighbor who schedule a service for next week.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Great service from the Service Tech Thomas Marshall. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well as a true Professional. He just reaffirmed why I have always used Modern Plumbing and will continue to in the future.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

The folks in the office for Shamrock Plumbing were fantastic. They scheduled the installations according to my schedule, not theirs. And the installer, Jason, was awesome. He had a whatever it takes attitude towards making certain the job was completed as promised.
