We would definitely recommend Jeff Mumm Plumbing. Jeff was very nice on the phone and sent Andy to fix our water heater. Andy was able to come same day, was extremely nice and professional, and our water heater is fixed at a reasonable rate. We will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Had a clogged drain, guy named Nick came by and had it unclogged in just a few minutes. Quick and professional, definitely going to Roto-Rooter next time I need my drains taken care of.

All the employees were very nice. They were able to get to me the day I called, even though it was not emergency. They put plastic down to protect the carpet from messing with walking in and out of the house. They said someone would come by every day and some sure did come every day. They help with making the claim to my insurance for the damages. Would use again.

We paid hundreds to have an issue solved and it was only temporary. Unfortunately, the services aren't guaranteed, and when I called to request video footage, the owner was extremely rude and said they didn't have it because there wasn't a problem (even though I paid for them to use a camera and they didn't bother showing the footage while here). He talked around the issue at hand, telling me how long their snakes were and cameras cost for their vehicles, which is irrelevant when my issue is still persisting. The problem I paid for was not fixed and we have had thousands of dollars of damage as a result. Needless to say, I went with another company that has been taking great care of us and guarantees their work. I do not recommend this company. He was very rude when confronted with an unsatisfied customer, and customer service is everything.

As you can see by the response, he is not willing to help. Not once did we ask for money, but rather the video footage. But he was quick to put us as culpable for flushing items when we have never done such a thing. Others guarantee their work. Lesson learned: make sure your work is guaranteed and ask for the video footage outright. Don't allow for someone to get away with an unthorough job, like snaking only a portion of your plumbing, when the real problem still persists beyond where they stopped.

P.S. They missed entirely the bellying of the pipe and also missed out on a $50,000 job. Not a clogged pipe from what was mentioned.

Nick and Chad are the best! Always responsive, courteous and above all do quality work! Sprinkler back-flow, fridge supply lines, new toilet, clogged drains, crusty shut-off valves. All handled professionally. Thanks guys!

John, the owner, called me directly to correct my contractor's negligence and poor communication. He sent THREE wonderful technicians (DJ, Chandler and Jake) and within hours they repaired my plumbing, set my toilet, installed my shower hardware and installed my new water heater. He did everything correctly to win my business again and again! I cannot thank him and his team (including his wonderful office manager, Kennedy) enough for the professionalism, communication, efficiency and kindness they brought to my project! They fixed mistakes that were not theirs to fix and make right a horrible situation! I would highly recommend them for any job big or small!
