They had a flat fee to come out and look at a drain. They quickly removed the clog via sanke and were done in less than 40 minutes. They never told me a price during the process. $298 was the total. I contacted 3 other companies and they said it shouldn't have been more than $160. One said they could have done it for $139.

Ron from Mr. Rooter is great to work with. Very professional and courteous. There was a leak in the sprinkler system that needed to be repaired before selling the house and Ron was so understanding of the need for quick service. When he found an additional leak that was below ground and would have been missed, he went out of his way to get the repair on his schedule. The work was well done and efficient. He also did a great job of communicating with me when a part had to be ordered. I will use Mr. Rooter and request him if ever needed in the future.
