Never use this company. We were told we needed an entire new sewer line due to damage. They quoted us almost $30,000 to have this done. We called in a second opinion and other company said that type of work is $10,000 max, but we had zero damage to our line. They just didn’t clean it out properly. We refused to pay Roto Rooter for their services. I would give them zero stars if allowed.

We lost water to our house and Matt ran a new line to our house before it turned into a problem (wife insists on having toilets that flush and being able to take showers, she's pretty fancy, we call her Hollywood). He's done some work at my dad's house too and I know he was satisfied with Matt's work.

My second time using this company and like always they did an awesome job. They are quick, efficient and very professional I definitely recommend them and will use them always !
