Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

We have used Micro Plumbing for both our rental property and our primary home. They are professional, and guide you to the BEST solution NOT the most expensive solution. Their technicians are extremely knowledge and polite. My wife felt safe and well informed during her experience with Micro Plumbing. I would absolutely refer Micro Plumbing for a job of any size.

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

He did an awesome job. He explained everything he was doing and he was very polite. He explained anothrr option for replacing line and is sending a person to give a quote.
We are very appreciative and satisfied.

Robert was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. He showed me what to do and what to purchase if my toilet gets backed up again and was very personable. I would highly recommend !

We like being on a first name basis with people we do business with ! Morehead Plumbing is no exception, they treat us like family ! The minute I call in, they greet me warmly.

My problem is always addressed for urgency. I've always heard, do you want us out there today ? When they do get there they are polite and engaging. I've never feared my safety with Moorhead's staff in our home.

The work we've had done for 20+ years has never had to be redone. We count on their work being done the right way, the first time. We've had everything from Water Heaters, Broken hoses, Main Drains, Broken Pipes, Installing new water lines … I could go on !
