We purchased a home roughly 6 months ago, and couldn't help but notice the water pressure was terrible. The home also has a lot of fancy equipment installed by previous owners (water softener, whole house filter, reverse osmosis system), so I was concerned trying to figure out the issue was going to be an ordeal.

Fortunately, it couldn't have been easier! Terry from Micro Plumbing came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a repair, and we are now in water pressure heaven! He also patiently explained to me all of the equipment we have, what it does, and how to maintain it. Fast, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. What's not to love?!? Micro is our new go-to plumber for sure!

They broke my vanity wheel unclogging a drain.
We agreed the bill would be settled when my vanity was repaired, their technician took a crucial piece with him at the time, this was in June of 2022.
Now in march 2023 they tell me they are taking my account to collections and do not care about my broken vanity or the agreement we made. Not to mention the drain was never even fixed

They helped us put in two bathrooms in our house and they made it a fair and not stressful process. The estimate was reasonable and the communication is what won me over. A company that values the customer! I called A&A plumbing out for a minor leak in a pipe near my furnace and for low pressure in the fridge dispenser. In looking at the problems, the technician recommended to call an HVAC company as the pipe in question was part of the furnace. Then identified the dispenser issue as the shutoff valve being stuck only partially open. Neither issue took more than a minute or two to identify, and the technician simply waved it off as not worth charging for. That wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a huge deal to me. It's not even the money, but the fact that the company is willing to put the customer first and wave off something like this instead of charging a flat fee. It is greatly appreciated and I will be using them in the future!

Seems like they have a history of bad drivers. Just watched one employee drive 100+ mph down I80 weaving in and out of traffic. Driving on the shoulder and tailgating multiple vehicles. If there employees are a testament to their service I would strongly recommend any other company. Putting peoples lives at risk is a major concern and from what I’ve seen this is a recurring problem with this company and it’s drivers. Be careful out there if you see them on the road they have no regard from human life.
