Best Pipe Leak in Omaha NE

Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Excellent service from start to finish! What I thought would be a simple drain cleaning was anything but, and OCB Plumbing was professional, honest and did a great job resolving our issue. I will use them again if I have any plumbing issues and would recommend them without hesitation.

Tim was a godsend after our previous plumber. I would trust nobody else with larger projects. We have an old house in Dundee with galvanized pipes and had another plumber replace the tub stopper. A few months later, our ceiling was starting to bulge from leaks. After several unsuccessful attempts from the previous plumber to fix the leak, we called Tim and he came to our house to inspect. He quickly found the source of the leak and it was clear Tim really knows and loves plumbing.

Since we had a number of other issues with our rusty pipes I asked if he could fix those too. Tim traced the pipes from the basement to the bathroom while I tagged along and we came up with a detailed gameplan. A few visits later Tim finished everything:

1. Replaced all the galvanized steel piping from the basement to the upstairs with copper
2. Fixed the leaky tub
3. Installed a new vanity and sink
4. Replaced 15 feet of flat PVC piping with properly dropped PVC and a real fitted connection back to the galvanized exit pipe.

Not a single leak since then. RX Plumbing is awesome and they're definitely our new go-to plumbing company. Thanks Tim!

The plumber that arrived Elias H. was AMAZING! so professional and friendly to my father in law who has a medical condition. His customer work and expertise was great and was kind to my family. I would recommend them to anyone. Lacey who assisted me in the office was just outstanding and understood my level of urgency. I wish could rate them 100 stars!

Blaze did an amazing job. Called last evening. He was out first thing in the morning to replace the hot water heater.
Took care of everything in a timely manner and great quality of work!(coming from a plumber’s daughter).

Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.

Bill, Thank you so much for sending Jason out here yesterday! He did a fantastic job and was very friendly! He had some minor inconveniences (a leaky pipe and replacing a valve with 2 water lines instead of one) but he dealt with it in a professional manner. He ran out to get the pieces to accommodate 2 water lines and went to work! I’ve used Jeff Mumm Plumbing several times for both my business and my residence. He and his guys have always been punctual, professional, explained the problem and solutions in a manner anyone could understand, and they always took extra precautions to protect my house or business and cleaned up after themselves. Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

NFM delivered a new oven for us but was unable to complete the install. We called Sherman and they were able to come out the same day and complete the install. Went the extra mile and leveled the over and made sure it looked and worked great before leaving. They are my go to for plumbing from now on.

Smithpro is great! Did an awesome job on the rough in for my bathroom remodel. They went above and beyond to make the changes I wanted with quick friendly quality service and at a decent price. Definitely recommend them.

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.
