Josh came out to inspect my furnace after I smelled something coming from it. Even though he couldn’t smell it right away he checked over everything and then figured out that it was a small natural gas leak. He then had me call the gas company so they could find exactly where the leak was because it wasn’t in the furnace. Had to call a serviceone plumber out to fix the pipes where the leak was. After the leak was repaired and the gas company came back out to turn the gas back on the water heater wouldn’t light so I had to call serviceone back again to come inspect the water heater. They said it wasn’t going to be until Monday before someone could come fix it. Josh had followed up with me later in the day to see if the leak had been repaired and I told him what had happened and he had to stop by to pick something up he forgot so he looked at my water heater and was able to fix it today.

Had a great experience with ASAP Repairs and more specific the technician Cesar R. He was simply amazing to work with. He was fast & efficient, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear, he’s truly passionate about his craft. Thanks again Cesar!
