The pilot on my water heater kept going out. However, when you manually lit the pilot the water heater worked. After paying the tech 80$ to come to our house he lit the pilot and told my wife we needed a new water heater. I called the company and made them aware of the situation and that I felt as if we were taking advantage of. They sent out another tech out who fixed the problem for 260$.
