Chris was prompt and on time and told me what I can replace myself and what to get to save money rather than having them charge me for it. He got done quick and was on time.

Daniel was personable and courteous. He explained everything he was doing in terms even a lay person can understand. The best thing is that he got my humidifier running properly again! No more zapping the dogs when I pet them. One slight problem - he said he would email me a copy of the pictures he took and the receipt for the work done. I have not received them.
