I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater. The pricing was explained before the job was started . I would definitely call Durham plumbing for services I may need in the future , definitely recommend!! Had Tritz Plumbing come out today to repair some leaking outside faucets. Very professional. The office called to let me know they were on their way ( I do not answer numbers I don't know).

I had a collapsed gas line from the meter to my home that stretched about 10 feet underground. Owner of Lawrence Plumbing replaced the whole line at a reasonable cost BUT there was a few issues after it was said and done. They didn’t put the gas line that came out of the ground near my home back in the original spot, it was about another foot farther away from home, it looks terrible and is more vulnerable to damage now. They took my pipe covers that protect it from weed whackers, lawn mowers or other possibly damaging elements and refused to give them back even though their shop is 5 minutes away from my home. Which is technically stealing and could have filed a police report. They destroyed my yard in the area they dug the trench for the line and left a large dirt pile and a significantly high dirt line down the 10 foot stretch. Lastly, I recorded the amount of time they were on the job through the camera on my home and he charged me for an extra hour of labor. All of these issues I brought up in a phone call the same day the work was done and the owner made excuses to fix any of the issues. I made two more attempts to get my issues fixed and all were ignored. I would’ve paid more money for better service especially for how polite and understanding I was during the whole process. If the issues were fixed I wouldn’t be here posting a negative review.

Seems like they have a history of bad drivers. Just watched one employee drive 100+ mph down I80 weaving in and out of traffic. Driving on the shoulder and tailgating multiple vehicles. If there employees are a testament to their service I would strongly recommend any other company. Putting peoples lives at risk is a major concern and from what I’ve seen this is a recurring problem with this company and it’s drivers. Be careful out there if you see them on the road they have no regard from human life.
