Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

I had Duane from Micro Plumbing repair a toilet leak and fix a Kithcheen faucet. Duane was on time very professional and helpful. I felt the price was very good for the service. I will use them again.

Max Sherman was such an effective and professional plumber who solved some complex plumbing problems. He was very informative of everything involved in what he did and discussing options when problems arose to be solved. He was also a very friendly and likable young man with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he repair all of the plumbing issues, but gave us very good advice of how to avoid the problems in the future. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of how the plumbing had been installed, accurately predicting the year it had been done, and recommendations for future solutions.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience on some thing I expected to be really traumatic And super expensive, which was not welcome right after Christmas. So thank you again for having such a helpful, competent, and Knowledgeable employee.

This is the second time we have had the honor of working with Big Birge Plumbing. We have a 3 month old and the hot water heater went out. Not only were they a man short that day but went above and beyond to care for our most precious treasure. The wife and I would be alright but they saw the need and met it with our kiddo. No other plumbing company necessary in our home. They have become more than just a business to us.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

in jun 2021 had ac/heating replaced; was promised a $250 rebate; to this date, 28 sep have not received anything but different stories about the rebate being worked on; i feel like i am being taken advantage because i am a senior citizen.. i have told all my co-workers and family/friends.

A Raymond Plumbing came out last Thursday to diagnose and give me a bid on a leak originating from the bathtub in my main bathroom. Ken told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the waste and overflow valve on my tub through an exposed ceiling in my basement. A different guy shows up on Monday to do the work and after less than 20 minutes of being there the guy tells me he doesn't have the right parts to do the job so he leaves and he's gone for over an hour. He comes back does less than 45 minutes of work then presents me for a bill for 2.5 hours labor (because I have to pay for him to not only go back to the shop and get the parts he needs on a job they bid before coming to do but also for him to go shopping and buy a saw blade that cuts metal pipe which they can now use for other customers). From where I stand I think he should have had the appropriate parts and tools to do the job since they bid it beforehand and shouldn't they already have a saw blade that cuts metal pipes because I can't be the only house in town with
metal pipes. To pass that cost off onto me was not fair as they now have a tool that they can now use for other jobs. Then to bill me 2.5 hours labor when I checked my camera system on my house and his big truck sat in my driveway for less than 1.5 hours total was another way to inflate the total cost of the bill. I have since talked to 2 other plumbers and they both agree with me on the fact that they should have came with what they needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the time they spent shopping and for a tool they can now use on future projects. I really feel taken for a ride and I will not be using A Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.

I use to do my own plumbing but I got hurt and cannot do it anymore. I got a leak in the basement coming from main level toilet 4 inch pipe were the bathe tube old 1 1/2 bathroom drain connected. I received bids from $1200.00 to $1800.00. Scott gave me a bid of $750.00 for the same job to remove and replace the 4 drain from the main level toilet and reconnect the new bathtub drain. Scott did it in the the time he said 4 hours and everyone else said 8 hours. The finished job was done great and no mess at all. His job ethic's are the best. AGAIN THANKS SCOTT.

Was almost ran off the road along with 3 other people and doesn’t look like this is the first incident you need to hire new employees safety should always be a priority when driving this man was going 100 mph on the interstate and 65 through town right past schools supposed to be going 30 mph he was completely unaware of anything going on around him as he was on his phone weaving through traffic like a maniac no blinkers and just cutting people off
