Cameron saved us from the expense of a new motor for our AC. He discovered that the previous owners of our house had installed some sort of air freshener filter in the AC, which was causing problems. A company of less integrity would have just put in a new motor and charged us the $500 for it. We appreciated his honesty, helpfulness, integrity, and professionalism, which also saved us $500! We had a big name Omaha HVAC company come out when our AC stopped cooling in May. They found our refrigerant to be low and charged us $400 to fill it up, without first checking the system for leaks. Everything was good for a month and then the AC stop cooling again. We called the same company so that they could fix what they missed the first time. They identified that there was a leak but couldn’t pinpoint where it was and said our coil needed to be replaced. We decided not to continue using them and instead chose to call R Mechanical to replace the coil. They came the same day we called to confirm that there was a leak. The technician Brock found exactly where it was and showed me a video he had taken. The work to replace the coil was scheduled within just a couple of days. The cost was significantly less than the big name company, especially the cost of the refrigerant needed to recharge the system after the repairs were done. Brock was once again very thorough in explaining things and careful and conscientious with the work that needed to be done. We felt very comfortable working with this company and will definitely use them again.

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

I had purchased/installed a water heater a few months back. I received great service. I was able to pick my own options for the financing. Thought would go back since my furnace stopped working. This is when everything went down hill. Furnace went out on a Sunday so 189.00 to come out. I bought a standard digital thermostat less than 100 he charged me 118 to install it. It took less than 10min to install then tells me to be careful with it cause it is not mounted very well. Then he goes down and looks at the furnace and low-n-behold I need a new furnace. But he got it running until next morning. Finance guy Kenneth shows up takes pictures then proceed to tell me he is going to the truck to figure out what would good better and best. Comes back doesn't even show me the estimates and decided for me..the better. Adds in duct cleaning. Well Monday comes they showed up bright and early ready to go! They installed the furnace and fixed the thermostat. One of the men that came was irritated over something so he made being in my own home very uneasy. He dropped a tool and he look like he could go off at any time. I asked about the duct cleaning they didn't know. So I called and it was set for the next day Tusday morning. Ok Tuesday comes and goes no call or show. I email Kenneth and he said sorry and he will get the schedule and call me Wednesday morning. No call or show Wednesday. Wednesday night I sent another email and told them just cancel and take it off my bill. Well they did but still no response or call to apologize or anything. Better off their prices are outrageous. Will not do business with them again.
