The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. Champion Plumbing has definitely exceeded my expectations. It is evident they invest in building relationships with their clients to provide the best service(s) needed. The technicians were very professional, yet personable. They provided a sense of trust while ensuring they covered every detail of the service.

I wish I could give 6 stars!! I called Robbie on a Monday morning with a stopped up toilet. He started vacation that week, but said he would be out anyway - who does this? He said he had some errands to run and would stop by. Literally less than a hour or so he was at our home, less than another hour later he was done.

I had a leak on my hot water heater. Bryco was professional, on time, and efficient.

Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. Keeping their card for any future repairs and installs. Glad I called them.

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

Todd and the crew at Dad's Plumbing are very professional. I had a water leak under our driveway. You can imagine the possible disaster we were facing. Dad's Plumbing pain stakingly trenched under the driveway by hand (to save us potentially thousands of dollars) and repaired our leak. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

Michael Bird did an excellent job. He serviced the unit, changed filters, cleaned it including checking the drains, verified no co2 levels in the house, and ensured it was fully operational before leaving.

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
