The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. I am so Happy with Mr. McGee plumbing! He was quick fitted us in between jobs. Two days ago had used Roto Rooter they charged us 275.00 said it should work but is probably in joint. His snake broke had the call them back they were charge 450.00 to run camera to see what was wrong! After using Roto Rooter twice since March I read reviews on Mr. McGee's plumbing. I'm so happy I told Roto Rooter no and called Mr. McGee very reasonable half the cost and they know what they are doing!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much to Mr. McGee's plumbing!!! Y'all will always have our business and I highly recommend y'all!

I called on a Sunday because their website says 24/7. They also say they do leak detection. The operator was not very friendly stating they can't do a job like that on a weekend. I understand most plumbers would t be able to do that but they did advertise otherwise.

They were prompt and got the job done!

Great service glad I got my main shower leak fixed in one day, we had a lot of corrosion on the pipe very difficult to move. Now I can put my water back on, been off for a half day, glad for the one day Service.

Joe is great. He really knows what he is doing, is honest with you, and doesn't cut corners. I had him come out for a few different reasons, but the one that stood out to me was the job he did cleaning out the drain line for one of my bathrooms. The main issue was that the toilet was leaking from the base when flushed, but there had also been a history of the shower backing up, so I knew the problem was in the drain line and not the toilet itself. I had had several other plumbers come out for the same reason in the past (but they were sent by American Home Shield, so I didn't choose them) and they typically ran a skinny snake from the roof vent line to get the water draining. The problem just kept coming back. I finally found Joe and had him take a look, and the first thing he suggested was pulling the toilet to run a snake from there. When we pulled the toilet, that showed how the leaking issue was caused by a bad connection from the toilet to the drain pipe that caused damage to the wax ring. From there, Joe used a much beefier snake to clean out the drain line and fixed the toilet/pipe connection. Since then, I've had zero leaking and everything drains smoother than it ever had before! He had to get under the house to do the work and he took before and after pictures to show his work, and checked in during the project to keep us updated on any issues, as needed. Steve was very professional and polite, and he kept his face mask on during any interaction we had. He worked efficiently and with a good attitude.

I have used Heartland before and was happy with them, but something has changed. They were scheduled to come out and never showed or called. Now I’ve been trying to reach someone in the office but no one ever answers and you can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I don’t know what happened because they used to be great, but I definitely won’t be using them again.
