Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

Very quick service and a 30 minute call ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took care of my kitchen sink issue and I knew what it would cost before he started the work. I'm glad I called and will be sure to call Robert if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. Very professional and prompt service from the Rucker Mechanical technicians. They did an awesome job installing the mini split on our enclosed porch area. It works so well keeping it cool and is so quiet you can’t even tell it is running. I would definitely recommend their services.

The last thing you want to deal with when you first wake up is plumbing problems. Our toilets were not flushing properly. I was expecting to wait all day for service. Sasquatch plumbing gave me multiple options for repair. I had a burst pipe under my living room floor leaking hot water. Instead of tearing up the floor they ran a Pex pipe through my old pipes. They had it fixed quickly and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be a return customer.

Don's Plumbing really came through for us today! Our pipe burst, and water went everywhere! I called at least a dozen plumbers and Don's was one of the only ones to even give me an ETA on service. Then when they learned we were close to the area he was already out working in, he came by after hours and helped us out. They didn't know it, but we have a son with special needs, and we depend on our water to keep his medical supplies clean. They did us such a huge favor without even knowing the extent of it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Don was so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Horrible customer service for a company that claims to be 24 hours. I have a home that has plumbing issues and I called Bailey Brothers to come out and that they did. Since they've come out, there has been other issues that have occurred since the initial visit. This evening makes the third time they've been called which has not been an issue until one of the men on call started yelling and being disrespectful stating if he came out the charge is $400 after that statement I wanted to confirm the price with a friend and then he goes on to say no matter what, I am not coming out. He then proceeded to say, the dude that is suppose to be on call is about to have a baby and I'm with my family so I will not be coming out. I too have a family, a wife and kids that have not seem me all day because I have been waiting for HOURS for someone to assist me with the plumbing matter. I have never experience such horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. This is a 24 hour plumbing service who hires people who refuse to help those in needs. I have tenants living in a home that cannot shower because everything from the pipes is coming up through the tub and everything is backed up. If your needing service after hours or great customer service....this company is not it.

Reasonably priced, great work, and honest. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home unsupervised. I also appreciate they took the time to give good explanations and reasoning behind what needed to be done.

These guys were so nice and very informative. I am a relatively new homeowner and will use them again.
