Ryan Wickwire is one of the best electricians i have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with al ot. he always goes above and beyond and explains everything to me. i think I have great ideas and he will tell me if I am off base and provide a better solution that is usually cheaper and always better. Highly recommended.

I recently had an issue with my toilet tank not filling with water correctly and then emptying the tank and it was really starting to bother me. I'm glad I called Butler Plumbing. Josh came in quick to fix it. He recognized the issue right away and was able to quickly replace the worn-out flapper in the water tank. The service was efficient, reliable, and cost-effective - much better than the services I have received from other companies in the past.

My water heater broke down last night. I called Bailey Bros. early this morning and spoke with Kim who was very professional and responsive. I was very pleased they could send a service man today! Robert Frullo came out to my house today at about 2:30 pm and installed a new water heater in a very competent, professional way. My wife was very happy to have hot water this quickly. I was very pleased too. I highly recommend Robert and appreciated him very much. The new water heater is a 50-gallon capacity that uses propane, and it is commercial grade, made in the USA. So, I have top quality, professionally installed by a plumber certified to install propane.

Robert came out in a timely manner after I called him. He and his assistant did great work on my kitchen sink drain. There was an issue with a leak in the sink traps. One on each side. The large nuts were absolutely locked on and there was concern of being able to get them off without breaking the ceramic sink. Using some old school tricks they were able to get the large nuts to loosen without breaking the sink. That alone saved me $625.00 for the price of a new sink. They are very professional and have a professional demeanor. Their prices are very competitive as well. I would recommend them due to the timely manner, and quality of their work. I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.

This is an amazing family owned company. We have used them in the past for our home that got a clogged /leaking pipe for our bathtub. He even looked at a few other things for me to make sure everything else was working. They were prompt, ready to work, and clean with their work. We are even about to build a house and they are doing our plumbing for us. You can’t go wrong with using Red Plains Plumbing.
