We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

Recently at a rental property they helped track down and repair a very hard to find water leak in the supply line between the meter and the house. Their painstaking efforts demonstrated the quality of workmanship and the integrity with which they work. The crew was extremely courteous and helpful. They checked and rechecked every plumbing item in the house to make sure there were not any other issues. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing issues I may encounter. Great job. They unclogged my drain and explained some easy maintenance. They said there is more intense stuff that can be done if it keeps happening but didn’t push it as needing to be done now unlike other places might do. I will definitely use them again (if I need it) and refer other people.

Sasquatch did an amazing job installing a new bath tub & faucet. Also ran all new plumbing needed to facilitate the look I wanted. This is not the first time I’ve used Tate’s services, and again he did a beautiful job! He even built the teak platform for me.Thorough and dependable, I will certainly use again!

We needed our water pressure regulator replaced. They got us scheduled that week and finished the job very quick. Plumber was very nice and appreciated being educated on questions I had. He also noticed we had no expansion tank above our hot water tank, so he offered to quickly install that also in the same day. Very pleased I went with Lakeshore PHA.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called about 4 days ago, they said they could come out today to take a look and give a bid. Then I had to call them cause they didn't show up just to find out that they're closed today... I have a leak. Leaks are serious issues, and the way they handled this is beyond unprofessional. Never calling this place again.
