i had issues with my drain from the washer ,the water was draining into my tub and toilet , called quite a few plumers from the Yukon area with no response then I called bailey brothers and they send me a plummer right away the gentleman name was Anthony Barrett , well let me tell you people he is the best most efficient and kind person I met .he did a super job at putting me at easy he went straight to work so my bill wound be outraged thank you Anthony Barrett I will continue to use your company and I will defently let the world know how great your service was God BLESS you sir lucia wyant

Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Same day service was always completed and the work was well done. He is nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

I found A Perfect Fit through google reviews and one of the main things that attracted me to the business was everyone mentioned Joe by name.

The last few plumbers I've had over have all been different people working for larger businesses, and all have been distant in their conversation and I would rather work with someone I can develop a rapport and familiarity with as I live in my house.

I called Joe and we setup a time, but due to some confusion and problems with his phone services, I had to call 30 minutes after what I thought was our appointed time, only to find out a text I sent with my info had not gone through.

So make sure you contact him if you do not hear back from to make sure he gets your info and you have your appointment down solid.

He was able to make it over regardless, just an hour and a half later than we had originally planned, and I had a great experience with this very nice, knowledgable, totally approachable man.

He was a little more expensive than other larger plumbing companies, but unlike them, he was very friendly, and was able to walk me through and explain in detail my plumbing situation, and I felt comfortable having him in my home.

After he had fixed our laundry drainage problem, we shared some lemonade and had a nice conversation about our respective means of employment.

Great guy, would definitely recommend. Looking forward to Joe coming back and fixing any future plumbing problems we might have.

Just wanted to share, we had an issue with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We have had an absolute terrible experience with a plumber who botched the repair so badly we had to install a new unit. Thankfully a neighbor suggested Red Plains Plumbing. Kasi really came in and saved the day for us and we now have hot water again (THANK YOU JESUS). He has been nothing but professional with superior customer service. He contacted the Rinnai Rep who will be looking at our botched system and helping us handle the situation with the first plumber. He did an amazing job cleaning up someone else’s mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Red Plains Plumbing was our answer for an issue that was ongoing in our home for over a year. We have a tankless water heater and it was going in and out of hot water. After multiple plumbers and companies, these guys found out the issue and fixed the problem. On top of that, they were so professional, courteous, listened to our frustrations, and helped get us the best price possible on new equipment that was needed. Darien was so knowledgeable about our issues that others weren’t able to explain. They were able to get what we needed in a hurry and he made us a priority, which was an amazing feeling for a family of 6. They even stuck around longer than usual after the job was completed to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything was working properly. Such the best customer service!
