After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. I recently had an issue with my toilet tank not filling with water correctly and then emptying the tank and it was really starting to bother me. I'm glad I called Butler Plumbing. Josh came in quick to fix it. He recognized the issue right away and was able to quickly replace the worn-out flapper in the water tank. The service was efficient, reliable, and cost-effective - much better than the services I have received from other companies in the past.
