Best Residential Project in Oklahoma City OK

I recently had an issue where half of my living room did not have electric (lights and outlets). I called one of the major electric companies at first and after diagnosing the issue they told me that I needed to replace the entire electrical panel which was going to cost me in the neighborhood of $7k. I didn’t think that it added up so I called Grider to get another opinion (an honest one). Joe was able to come by within a couple of hours and had the issue diagnosed in less than an hour. He came to the conclusion that the panel was fine and the issue was an electrical short which he said would likely be located in the attic. He scheduled the repair for next business day and located the culprit - A loose wire nut in the attic. Saved me a lot of money. They showed up on time, performed the work quickly, and invoiced at their initial estimate. Such a relief to find a contractor that you can rely on. If you want someone that you can trust, then definitely call Joe and his team. They will certainly be first call for all my future electrical needs.

The two gentlemen who did everything I requested---some not easy to solve because of past work by other electricians---were positive, efficient and HAPPY no matter how hot it got outside. So very knowledgeable and full of insight. These are MY GUYS from now.

A great service from technician Brody. Came out on an after hours call and quickly fix my failed fuse from the storm. This company has helped me out several times.

Isiah and his team are awesome. Just used them on a large remodel project. I was referred to them by a realtor. Best electrician I’ve ever worked with. Fast, efficient, and does quality work. And most importantly, he was very willing to work WITH me on coming up with the plan, explaining different options and the pros and cons of each. Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. WONDERFUL SERVICE. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and honest.! We had what we though was an emergency ( turned out not to be) and he got us in very quickly and solved the problem fast - and way easier than we would have known without his expertise!

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! I can't recommend them enough. They're willing to go anywhere in the state! Great prices, professional, detailed and good communicators

What a reliable and professional company to do business with! Their customer service is A+!! We appreciated Michael D. and his willingness to come after hours to help us with our water leak. Every time we have had an emergency, they have always had someone to talk with 24/7 and someone to come out asap. Cannot say enough good things about Drabek and Hill/Mr. Comfort.

They charge 75$ for an estimate which is completely fine with me. A contractors time is valuable and they should be compensated accordingly, even for just an estimate. I scheduled an appointment with them to come out and give me an estimate for a large amount of work at my personal residence. A few hours before they were supposed to come out, I called their office and spoke with their office manager and asked them if the estimate would be a thorough estimate. What I mean by that is, will they break down the estimate and give me the cost of each part of the job (for example, to install outlets will cost x amount of dollars times total amount of outlets to be installed = x amount of dollars) vs just giving me one big lump sum number for all the work with no breakdown. If I am paying 75$ for an estimate, I want it to be thorough. The office manager was not sure so I asked if I could get an estimate from any previous jobs they have done before (with any personal information removed or redacted) to give me an idea of what their estimates look like. She told me she didn't know how to do that and kept going on and on about how they include pictures with their estimates as if that was sufficient, but that did not answer my question so I asked her to contact an electrician. The electrician contacts me several minutes later and told me they were not going to come out and give me an estimate anymore because I didn't want to pay for an estimate. Which was completely false. I am totally okay with paying for an estimate, I just want to know whether it will be thorough. The electrician didn't even ask me to clarify or anything just told me they were not coming out anymore. I guess the office manager I spoke with told the electrician something different than I what I had said. Miscommunication happens but before doing something rash, maybe try clarifying with the potential customer first.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. After speaking with him the first time, I knew I could trust him and that he cares for his customers. It's nice knowing that I have found an electrician I can trust to work with aging in-laws while living out of state. I would recommend him to anyone in Oklahoma City. Thank You again Terry!

The team was very responsive and patient with all of my questions I had about throughout the whole process. When I changed my about something, they not only listened without complaint but they made the change mid-stream with no extra cost. I really appreciated them for that. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Used to be a great company. They had some of the best electricians. The management now is a joke. They treat their employees terribly. As the greatness that once made this company slowly start to quit one by one the management makes public accusations as well as calling around and trying to ruin the reputations of the people who made this company thrive. If they treat the ones they should be loyal to like garbage, how do you think they will treat their customers?

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

Was cut off by an angry Dane and Associated Electric van at 2:40 P.M. this afternoon 3/10/2022 S.W. 3rd street. I was in the red light line of traffic on S.W. 3rd, as I was approaching I saw a work van trying to turn left into a parking lot entrance next door to McDonald's. I stayed back behind the start of the curb of that parking lot entrance to allow the van to get in. Once the truck in front of me pulled up allowing better clearance for the van he still continued sitting there and didn't turn. I started to just pull up closer to the vehicle in front me but didn't. When the light turned green I started forward and the driver purposefully and strategically cut/turned out in front of me which is obviously extremely extremely dangerous while scowling at me and angrily mouthing something while simultaneously handling his phone.
He likely behaved this way because he was embarrassed he behaved silly just sitting there instead of taking the turn. Bearded white man late 30s to early 40s, seems to have low honor.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
