Great service. I used these guys nine months ago and they did excellent work. Easy to work with and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Then I recently had a completely unrelated leak situation. He quickly came out and assessed it. Quality work with good customer service.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. It is hard to find a fair-priced and honest company in these industries, so I am very happy to have found such a great company. Call these guys for your next HVAC and Plumbing problems. Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I called Tipton’s and was able to schedule an appointment with them — SAME DAY, during the time that was most convenient with me! Usually repair services make you work around their schedule, so I felt so amazed that they would work around mine. All the staff that I came into contact with either by phone or in person were super friendly. They repair technician explained the problem with my hot water heater and gave me several options to choose from regarding the repair. The work was done in a quick and efficient time frame. They handled the job professionally and were super personable. I will DEFINITELY call Tipton’s again for my plumbing needs! (By the way, this was a second time that I have used Tipton’s in my home and I had the same experience the first time I used their services back in 2015. They are very consistent with the quality, efficiency, and friendliness of their business.)

Great service at a reasonable price. I was having difficulty getting my water tank fixed. A previous company dropped the ball on the repair so called Don's Friday afternoon. I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out Monday afternoon. Within 45 minutes they had the water on and it was heating properly. Whereas Buddies Heating and Air said it was an electrical problem which cost me $150 and two days to find out it wasn't electrical, it was in fact the heating element on the water tank. Their knowledge base is questionable to say the least. Don's cost was $175 and 45 minutes with no need to go any further. The clear winner is Don's.

Joe was amazing. He gave a timeframe of 9-11 and was there a few minutes before 9. gave us a quick estimate and was a real pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend there services!
