Danny Harper arrived to change out my kitchen faucet. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He was very thorough in his job and cleaned up afterward. We've used Mr. McGee Plumbing a few times over the past few years, this last time just today to replace four builder-grade bathroom faucets with some nice Delta units. Robbie and his staff are always so friendly and professional, and the work is done right (and they're surprisingly fast as well) with no mess left behind. It's so hard to find a good plumber, and we're very glad we know we can count on Mr. McGee Plumbing for emergencies or the routine stuff!

Had them come out to snake the line. Told them I would be on lunch from work but that didn't stop them from showing up unprepared. They had to run to the store to get a part and one of the guys told me yeah we got to the store and realized that his service truck hardly had anything at all so we just went on a little shopping spree. Thanks for doing that on my time and showing up unprepared.

They also installed a new kit in the back of the toilet. Albeit a brand new kit they didn't install it correctly and the toilet kept running and running. We called and they sent a guy out who knocked on my door and marched in like coming to look at their shotty work was somehow beneath him. Watching him he literally reached in and bent the plastic until he could get it to intermittently stop running then said it's fixed. Then pretty much stormed out. Months later the toilet still runs. Our water bill is out of control because of it.

He did some warranty work on our hot water heater he saved us a lot of headache and he done an excellent job will definitely use him again I would recommend that every one with any plumbing issues to call Bradley he is super fair works fast and gets the job done. Very professional.

Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!
