These guys were great and really easy to work with. The estimate was free. Their price was $600 less than Mr. Rooter (who I do not recommend). Preston was extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and absolutely up front about pricing. I couldn’t be more happy. I definitely recommend VIP Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

Incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak problem. Now 3 months later won’t come out to rectify. Offered a refund but now won’t reply to me. Is costing 5x amount already paid to fix the initial issue. Building dispute resolution case lodged as no one will reply to me now.

Hot water heater was out and the pan was full of water. Usually would have attempted the repair myself just to avoid calling a plumber, but the water line pathway and location was a little more than I wanted to take on. I called Kaul-Hammond and they were out the next morning. The two guys that came were very polite and knowledgable and kept me informed as to what they needed to do and why. They replaced the tank quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but I would not hesitate calling on them again.

Robert came out in a timely manner after I called him. He and his assistant did great work on my kitchen sink drain. There was an issue with a leak in the sink traps. One on each side. The large nuts were absolutely locked on and there was concern of being able to get them off without breaking the ceramic sink. Using some old school tricks they were able to get the large nuts to loosen without breaking the sink. That alone saved me $625.00 for the price of a new sink. They are very professional and have a professional demeanor. Their prices are very competitive as well. I would recommend them due to the timely manner, and quality of their work.
