They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Always a great experience with Chase and his team! This past time, we had a leaking pipe under the house and called Chase late in the evening. He was able to get it fixed the very next day. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful service. Would recommend this company time and time again!

Ray and his team, did a wonderful job installing a new gas line and install a new gas stove top. I highly recommend using them.

Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

Everything went awesome until it came to payment. The job was covered under insurance and I made this very clear. A week after the job was compeleted he began to constantly harass my fiance. We told him It could take up to 90 days until everything was cleared. Zack Tipton soon became very violent. He stated he would come to our home and put and bullet in My PREGNANT FIANCES HEAD if he didn't get his money soon!? I then called him and asked him what was deal. He then proceeded to make racial comments and death threats to me aswell. We made a police report and a restraining order against Zack Tipton. Please reframe from using this service unless you like sleeping with a gun.

Heat/Air system went out. Rucker gave me a good quote on a new system. They were very quick to come out and install. Did a great job and are great people!

Called Bailey Brothers when I wanted a second opinion for an immediate plumbing problem. Another national recognized plumbing company had sent someone out to unclog a drain. When they were unsuccessful, they theorized that there was a unclearable blockage in the p-trap (below grade) and that it would require them to cut through my slab and replace it. That came in at a nice $3600 price tag on the quote. I wanted another opinion of course. Bailey's put me at the top of the list and sent out a technician right away. The two young men that showed up were professional and polite and best of all they were successful at clearing the blockage saving me thousands! I don't remember their names but they did an excellent job with minimal inconvenience to me.

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Billy has always been upfront and fair with me, even going above and beyond to squeeze me in if there's an emergency that needs attention.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company takes shady to a new level. They worked on our Renai tankless hot water tank that was still under warranty. They worked on it left it disassembled and the following day called to quote us a new system for $4,800. We had a second company come look at it who is actually certified to install and work on Renai products and they discovered Terry’s butchered the warranty parts they had installed so badly the system was unfixable. They got the Renai Rep involved who is now assisting us dealing with Terry’s. Terry’s repairmen were negligent to the point that they left our system leaking natural gas for the last week. Bob is the manager we talked with who has failed to return our calls. We are in the process of turning this over to our attorney.

Peyton Miller was great, very friendly and professional. He did a great job getting my ac working.

CAME OUT TODAY FOR A ESTIMATE ENDED UP LEAVING FOR “LUNCH” NEVER CAME BACK .

Skilled plumbers, fair prices and they CALL when they are coming or running late. I had a problem with a job they did for me (stuff happens) and they fixed it pronto w/o questions. Seem to be a high type bunch who I will use again. I appreciate them because I have been the victim of a thief with a wrench before who knew the lien laws.

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
