Best Leaking Toilets in Oklahoma City OK

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

Shaddy contractor that keeps finding ways to come back out and charge extra. Scribbles a receipt so you can't challenge their work and apologizes for charging you more after they don't do a complete job.... Inspect all their work before they leave. Lure you into confidence in their work but not as great as I originally thought.

Update: installed all the bathroom valves hot on cold and via versa but cut the lines so it can’t be connected easily. Having to spend precious time fixing it myself

Worst service EVER!!!! They show up for about 1-2 hours and take off and then don’t show their faces again for several days. Something that should take 3 days takes them anywhere from 3weeks to 8 weeks. Calling to speak to a manager does absolutely no good. They don’t care. If you are wanting quality work in a somewhat timely manner DO NOT use this company!

After a recent freeze, my wife and I had a broken water piper and severe flooding in our home. 1-Tom-Plumber was able to help us get the water turned off while we waited for service. The initial appointment was set 3 days out, but I received a call the very next morning stating they would be out in 30 minutes. Robert arrived and had no problems finding and repairing the broken line. He was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. The cost was not outrageous and we were able to get started on other repairs immediately. 1-Tom-Plumber will be my go to for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Recently moved into a home built in 2017 and little did we know the main sewer line pipe was busted near the entrance to the main city line. Working through American Home Shield (AHS), we had Quality Home Services come out and do an initial clear of the main line pipe, which lead to having to do a camera inspection of the rest of it. They were quick to get the diagnosis complete, but unfortunately due to weather, we were unable to get the repair taken care of right away. After a few weeks when the weather was finally good, and the utility lines were drawn out, they were able to come by and finish the repair in less than 3 hours. It was impressive considering it was about a 12 - 15 ft dig in order to repair the piping, but they were able to gain quick access, swap out the line with very strong PVC, and get everything covered back up.

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who wants quick, efficient, and friendly service.

Leak in line under concrete floor

I had Ken from Ace Hardware Plumbing of Oklahoma City come out to my home. I live in Yukon, and Ken was right on time for the scheduled appointment. I am very glad I decided to go with them!! Setting up the appointment was easy, and Ken was professional and did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet for me. He cleaned away the gunk from the old faucet before installing the new faucet. I had a great experience with Ace Hardware Plumbing and will definitely be using them going forward! Carla Patchell
