Best Leaking Toilets in Oklahoma City OK

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

Recommended by a co-worker. Showed up as promised. Both workers were friendly and polite. Finally a plumber that addressed the clogged kitchen drain and fixed it.

Called them out for a quote on a new bathtub. After getting the quote (which was 3x the price of another quote we got), they handed us a bill for $65 for the service fee. For all I know this company makes its money just though charging for quotes. We would not have been nearly su upset if they had told us ahead of time that there was a fee for the quote.

I contacted Terry's American for a service call for my Mother and spoke with Fran, the customer service rep who was excellent in assisting us and scheduling an appointment the same day. Brandon was very prompt in coming over the same day to check the unit and provide an estimate. Since the unit had to be replaced, Fran worked diligently with us to schedule the repairman to come the next day to begin replacing the unit. Thanks so much Fran for assisting in following up with us through the replacement process....you are so appreciated.

Joe was amazing. He gave a timeframe of 9-11 and was there a few minutes before 9. gave us a quick estimate and was a real pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend there services!

We had our countertops redone and were recommended to this facility for reconnecting our sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. It was exceptionally unprofessional from start to finish. The gentleman who came struggled to install our faucet. Then left with the job incomplete and the dishwasher not being connected. They told us what we needed to finish the job and it would be something my husband could easily do. If not, he could come back later to finish the job. After they left I went to pull the faucet down and it wouldn’t budge beyond an inch. The hot and cold were reversed. My husband did what he said… but our dishwasher wouldn’t work. We tried different loads and it kept giving us an error and never finishing the dishes. My husband wound up fixing the issue. The plug on the new garbage disposal was left on when they connected the tubing from the dishwasher. So my husband corrected everything from their attempts. Absolute waste of time using this company. We have yet to see a bill, but I’m sure that will bring forth more issues once we get charged for an incomplete and horrid job, as well as charging us for a tube of plumbers putty when they can use that for loads of jobs.

It's Christmas eve and they got to my drain clog. Thank you for saving my Christmas!

I had a great experience with this company. The prices are very reasonable, the customer service is excellent and the work is exceptional. 1-Tom-Plumber, is my go to plumber from here on out. To this end, the technician Robert, is a work perfectionist! Thank you, Robert!

Was there at time he said he would be and was clean and did a very professional job changing our water heater and fixing a few faucets. And was priced fairly!!

Plumber was able to arrive less than 2 hours from my initial call. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very respectful of property and wasted no time getting work done.

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
