Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

Great service. I used these guys nine months ago and they did excellent work. Easy to work with and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Then I recently had a completely unrelated leak situation. He quickly came out and assessed it. Quality work with good customer service.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Chad and Larry Kershener were great! They responded quickly to address my hot water heater repair needs here in Edmond, advised me on options and prices, and showed me how to maintain the new system to prevent future issues. Very happy with the service and would recommend to other homeowners.

Always a great experience with Chase and his team! This past time, we had a leaking pipe under the house and called Chase late in the evening. He was able to get it fixed the very next day. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful service. Would recommend this company time and time again!

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The other guys have lost a customer and I will be calling Hull Plumbing from now on when the need arises. Thank you!

Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. Keeping their card for any future repairs and installs. Glad I called them.

I have had Rucker out multiple times to my home. The office staff is helpful and the techs are professional and always on time and courteous! They are honest and fair and I feel like they really take the time to figure out what’s going on before trying to sell me things I don’t need. Would definitely recommend!

I agree with the other reviewers and definitely have to say this company is great! Saved me from a severe sewer stoppage before and most recently a leaking toilet!

I had them come out today. To unclog my toilet that was pretty much unlogged already. They put the the snake or unclogged in the tolet and didn't even have to use it it started working on it's on. Then she said it's already unlcoged but they still charged me $ 120 just for coming out. I wouldn't recommend them for simple jobs. Way over priced for the work that was done. I will not be back.

Anthony was professional and extremely fast to respond and arrive within 1 hour of the initial backup. Very professional and straight to the point. No up-selling me on unnecessary work. I will be using Bailey Brothers for all my future plumbing needs.

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.

Needed a new outdoor faucet as mine was leaking. They arrived in the 2 hour window and replaced the faucet. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Joe has been to our house on numerous occassions and has always been timely and professional. On each occassion we have been extremely satisfied with his service.

Am so impressed...he came back..n fixed us up...such a nice guy....first time was great just hose not put deep enough....want him...nxt time !!

The guys they sent out were professional and polite and the work they did was great. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star rating is because they said my appointment was between 11am and 1pm but they didn't show up until 4PM. I would still recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done but they will have to be patient and able to give up their day to wait if needed.

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
